Motorcycle Reviews – 2009 250cc Streetbike Shootout CFMoto V3 Sport vs. Hyosung GT250R vs. Johnny Pag FX/3 vs. Kawasaki Ninja 250R vs. Suzuki TU250X Read the full article: www.motorcycle.com Walk into any large, multi-line dealership and see how many mighty-mites you can find. Ask the sales team if they have a few 250s to look at, and theyll likely show you two, 50cc mini-motos or maybe a pastel-colored scooter. But if youre an urban dweller with little need to travel the Super Slab, or play Ricky Racer on the weekend, and have an eye toward fuel economy and low MSRPs, then, like us, youll agree the little bikes deserve more time in the limelight.
R6 is always been the best looking out? of all of them
GIVE ME ONE? HOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@redduke999 The GSXR still has the worst front end though. It looks like you hit a bird at 150 mph and it became transparent. The R6 is the best looking imo. The R1 is? just an awesome bike. The GSXR has always been powerful and the CBR i havent looked into much.
i love my 09 R1! i have the black and yellow one! the engine is just very smooth and the powerband feels very smooth through the shifts.? i hate the fact my seat feels like im sitting on a stove though!
Those headlights make that bike look? awesome.
Yamaha? is best always
what a? beauty
@makial007 top gear? really? Those guys are so fake and have no idea what they are talking about and always state the obvious that most people would already know. Also they fake alot of the stuff on the show…so much even the BBC admitted to it…like their fake caravan blaze….or their? “Ferrari test drive”. A Bunch of posers on that show that have people drive for them. Also the show is so scripted…its embarrassing to watch. And 3 guys acting and doing a car show together…really???
i am used to watching car reviews.. they are funny ..,and? cool…like Top Gear…. Bike reviews suck…the bikes Rock
I like r1 engine sound.?
Eastern? Creek FTW!
the older version form 07? looked better :S
the front lights make the bike look like it wants to eat you
its scary?
2006 is? best year of all.
the real bikes begin? at 2:36 and end at 3:50
this is stupid.?
I just purchased two VFMoto V3s one for me and the other for my son who is 17 years old. I drive mine to work every day and my boy rides to school(when it is nice out) with nearly? 3K miles on mine I can say that this bike is a blast to ride. I just sold my BMW R1100RS and do not miss it. The V3 turns a lot of heads and you have to answer a lot of questions but who cares. The top end is around 80 mph you can cruise all day at 70mph easy. What other bikes in this class you can buy two for $5000.00
@crazyidiot101 I’ve put 20,000klms on my Hyosung GT250R and it’s been an awesome bike 99% of the time, that said, I can’t wait to buy something? faster and more reliable ie. CBR600RR etc.
that V3 is? horrific
I’d buy a? used jap bike any day before I’d trust that chinese stuff !
What a good review!? A bit more detailed and longer would’ve been bliss.
wtf suzuki!?
@FuckCheaChineseGirls I actually rode the Suzuki 250cc earlier? this year, and it holds up pretty well for a beginner’s bike. The problem is that the motor sounds a little clunky at times, but overall, it’s not bad.
Ninja and? Suzuki is ok but Chinese bike looks very ugly.
Hyosung all the? way
I really hope nobody is buying that Hyosung crap when bikes? like the ex250 and tu250x exist.
@deerebill01 I have personally inspected brand new units from CF Moto (not just this particular model either), they are poorly built. The? painted parts all have trash in the paint like they paint them outside. The fasteners easily rust (and they may be rusted as you buy them new). Several of their units were DoA and would not start. Yes they are cheap and you get what you pay for. You may get lucky and you may not.
@daybreak1HP I am sure you did lol, maybe one day you will learn how to handle and corner? it.
Sorry but the V3 looks great to me and? is getting great reviews all over the net. Just fun to ride and handles good and the best part in checking prices they are the least expensive. From most of your feed back tells me you do not read reviews. I remember late fifty’s when Honda started automatic bikes to the US heard the same thing as I did here. Hard core bikers do not want change.(to bad)
